Once i tried others it just happened. I get a heavy painful, metallic sounding buzz. Buzz not right word. My astral ended up on the floor beside the bed in a heap unable to do anything. Had to will myself back in. The room was super dark through astral eyes, but looked exactly the same. I mean even in darkness i could make out edges of everything. On waking on my bed i opened my eyes to the same vision only the streetlights bathing the room as always. Must purposely try again
